We guarantee that SkyFex Remote Assistant modifies no user files and data. The service performs no actions that can cause any harm to the computer, operating system, or user data.

Information safety

We guarantee that data transmission does involve only desktop image content and nothing else. No personal information or files are transferred with SkyFex Free.

Digital signature

The digital signature guarantees SkyFex service security. The digital signature is a general-purpose tool, securing the service modules authenticity and integrity. The modules are signed using Microsoft Authenticode technology with Thawte issued certificate.

Privacy

The data transmission between the client and the expert is secured by SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption. It guarantees the absolute privacy of your work.
